Study: Assorted bacteria with public health implications
show Abstracthide Abstract
Bacteria with public health implications due to virulence or antimicrobial resistance. Many of these bacteria were associated with outbreaks or have abnormal characteristics. Unfortunately, we don't have time to write up why each of these bacterial isolates were sequenced, but we have created a bioproject where we can submit reads and assemblies. Please contact the authors for more information for isolates that require additional information.
Sample: Escherichia coli
